INTRODUCTION HSE ASPECTS IN LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES
Logistik adalah kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan Pengadaan Barang (Goods Procurement), Penyimpanan/Pergudangan Barang (Goods Storage/Warehousing), atau Penghantaran/ Pengangkutan Barang (Goods Delivery/ Transportation) sesuai dengan jenis barang, jumlah barang, waktu dan tempat yang dikehendaki dari Titik Awal (Point Of Origin) ke Titik Tujuan (Point Of Destination).
Ada 3 Misi Utama dari kegiatan logistik yaitu Barang Yang Tepat/Sesuai (Right Goods), Waktu Yang Tepat (Right Time) dan Tempat Yang Tepat (Right Place). Untuk mencapai 3 misi ini diperlukan komitmen yang tinggi dari manajemen perusahaan logistik beserta seluruh jajarannya termasuk para pegawai dan mitra kerjanya (kontraktor/sub-kontraktor), baik dalam hal pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia, keuangan, peralatan dan aspek Kesehatan, Keselamatan dan Lindungan Lingkungan (K3LL) atau HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), sehingga diperlukan pelatihan K3LL/ HSE yang terkait dengan kegiatan logistik.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
Peserta pelatihan akan dapat mengetahui dan melaksanakan tentang:
- Peraturan perundangan K3LL/ HSE yang terkait dengan kegiatan logistik.
- Prinsip-prinsip dasar Manajemen Pengendalian Rugi dalam kegiatan logistik.
- Jenis-jenis bahaya dan risiko dalam kegiatan logistik dan bagaimana cara mencegah serta mengendalikannya agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan atau kerugian.
- Pedoman atau cara bekerja yang aman, selamat, sehat dan berwawasan lingkungan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan logistik.
HSE ASPECTS IN LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES TRAINING OUTLINE
- Sekilas tentang Manajemen Logistik Terintegrasi atau Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Pengenalan tentang peraturan perundangan dari pemerintah RI mengenai K3LL/HSE yang terkait kegiatan logistik.
- Pengenalan tentang Prinsip-prinsip Dasar Manajemen Pengendalian Rugi (Basic Principles of Loss Control Management).
- Identifikasi jenis-jenis bahaya dan risiko dalam kegiatan logistik serta cara pencegahan dan pengendaliannya (antara lain : bahaya mekanik, bahaya listrik, bahaya beban, bahaya radiasi, bahaya kimia, bahaya temperatur, bahaya ergonomi, bahaya biologi, dan lain-lain).
- Manajemen Keselamatan Kantor (Office Safety Management).
- Manajemen Keselamatan Pergudangan dan Penyimpanan (Warehouse and Storage Safety Management):

Ir. Didi Sugandi, Bc. M and Team
Ir. Didi Sugandi,Bc.M was born inBandung August 21, 1950. He studied at Akademi Minyak dan Gas Bumi (AKAMIGAS) / Oil & Natural Gas Academy, Cepu, Central Java (1973-1977), graduated as Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Bakaloreat Minyak or Bc. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:
- 1970 – 1981 : PT Stanvac Indonesia Pendopo, South Sumatera (Production Dept., Study Assignment at AKAMIGAS Cepu, Safety & Equipment Inspection Dept.)
- 1981 – 1997 : Huffco / VICO Indonesia, East Kalimantan (Production Dept., Manpower Planning & Development, Study Assignment at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Production Dept., Loss Prevention & Environment Dept./LPED, HSE System Dept.)
- 1997 – 1998 : Karaha Bodas Company (KBC-Geothermal Drilling Project, Garut, West Java, HSE Dept.) & Sumitomo Corporation (Geothermal Power Plant Construction Project, Pangalengan, West Java, HSE Dept.)
- 1999 – 2002 : JOB Pertamina-Gulf Resources, Jambi, Sumatera, HSE Dept. (under contract services of SUCOFINDO Main Office Jakarta & PT Guna Persada Engineering)
- 2003 – now : Caltex/Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI), Riau, Sumatera, HES Management System Audit Project in Drilling & Wellwork Operations (under contract services of PT Surveyor Indonesia – Pekanbaru)
