INTRODUCTION:
Written communication, form letters, reports, memos, forms, orders and so on, are needed everyday for the operation of any organization or company. In order for successful achievement of organizational goals, the documents need to be stored in a systematic order can be found quickly at any time in accordance with the guidelines used archiving. With Filling Management Using IT training, participants are expected to also be able to manage the out flow of the entry of the letter to avoid the chaos of information flow that can result in a loss of time, thought, and material on the company or organization. Modern records management is in separable from the role of information technology. With information technology, records management will make a more accurate, effective and informative.

- System names alphabetically, geographically
- Alphabetical subject systems, index, classification
- Numerical system
- System chronological/date
- Means of filing: hardware, software, maintenance of archives
- The use of technology to transfer media files from hardcopy to softcopy
- Recovery of archives
- Depreciation archives
- Utilization of records management services company
- ERP concept for Filling (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, AXAPTA, J.D. Edwards, etc.)
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for Filling Systems
- Cloud Computing in Filling Systems

Adalah master lulusan Teknik dan Management Industri ITB, kini sebagai Dosen dan Sekretaris Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Widyatama, Bandung. Jabatan lain sebagai Kepala Divisi Riset Logistic and Supply Center Universitas Widyatama Bandung, serta menjadi dosen untuk beberapa perguruan tinggi di Jawa Barat.
