Background HR Audit
Kegiatan Audit HR merupakan salah satu kegiatan untuk proses pengembangan HR dalam semua aspek. Banyak cara dan model yang dikembangkan untuk audit HR ini, mulai dari kuisioner sampai yang level advance yakni HR assessment. Ada yang per seksi atau kegiatan, ada yang komprehensif bahkan ada yang ke portofolionya.
Dalam workshop ini, HR Audit akan diberikan untuk level advance dan yang diaudit adalah sisi portofolionya. Disamping itu ada panduan untuk proses perubahan dari kondisi aktual menuju kondisi ideal HR.
Ruang lingkup Portfolio HR Audit ada 12 modul, yang terdiri Kebijakan atau peraturan (Policies), Compensation & Benefit atau Reward & Benefit, Organisasi/Unit Departemen, Training dan Development, Employee Motivation, Payroll, HR Planning, Performance Management, Leadership skill, HRIS, Team, fungsi HR. Masing-masing area tersebut akan diberikan panduan tata cara dalam mengauditnya sampai keluar hasilnya. Kemudian tata cara melakukan perubahan menuju kearah perbaiakan. Keunikannya adalah setiap area pembahasan dilengkapi tools yang memudahkan pelaku audit dalam kegiatannya sehingga langsung bisa disesuaikan atau customize berdasarkan jenis perusahaan atau industrinya..
Masing-masing modul area tersebut dikembangkan oleh para konsultan dan pelaku bisnis yang kemudian dipublikasikan oleh Cambridge Strategy Publications (CSP).
