PENDAHULUAN TRAINING MARINE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Keselamatan yang menyangkut kemaritiman menurut IMO- ISM Codemenyangkut 3 hal yaitu:
- Jiwa
Yaitu personel-personel yang terlibat langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan kegiatan Marine, diantaranya (termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada)
- Personel kapal/ Awak Kapal.
- Personel Terminal
- Personel Pemerintahan dan pelayanan kapal, seperti: C IQ ( Custom Imigration & Quarantine); Pandu, keagenan, Surveyor.
- Pihak ketiga.
- Lingkungan
Meliputi (termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada)
- Pencegahan Pencemaran karena minyak.
- Pencegahan karena bahan 2 berbahaya cair curah.
- Pencegahan pencemaran bahan2 bahaya dalam kemasan.
- Pencegahan pencemaran karena kotoran manusia.
- Pencegahan pencemaran karena sampah.
- Pencegahan pencemaran udara.
- Harta Benda.
Meliputi (termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada):
- Kapal dan peralatannya.

Adapun yang harus ikut andil dalam keselamatan kegiatan Marine diantaranya:
- IMO dengan menciptakan peraturan-peraturan &konvesi tentang keselamatan Maritim.
- Administration/Pemerintah Negara, sebagai negara anggota IMO pemerintah bertugas mengimplementasi peraturan IMO serta menciptakan peraturan-peraturan nasional dan pengawasan dalam implementasinya, inspeksi, survey dan sertifikasi,termasuk memberikan sangsi untuk setiap pelanggaran
- Port State Control/ Syahbandar, yaitu badan dari Administrasisebagai pelaksana langsung dari suatu pelabuhan.
- Biro K
- Perusahaan dengan menciptakan system management keselamatan, implementasi dan pengawasannya.
- Nakhoda kapal dan awak kapalnya.
- Terminal dan personnelnya.
- Pihak ketiga lainnya.
TUJUAN TRAINING MARINE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Membekali pengetahuan dan pengertian pada peserta kursus, tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan dibidang kemaritiman, baik operasional, management maupun legislasinya, agar dapat mempersiapkan dan bekerja serta bertindak dengan amanguna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta menghindari kerugian.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR MARINE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Triyanto, Capt. R.I. M.Mar is an expert who was a lecturer at Marine Academy AKPELNI in Semarang. He is Instructor for Semarang Growth Centre, until at present, lecturing for Pelindo Pilot; Migas Mooring Master; Deep Sea Pilot; Ship Handling Simulator; Liquid Cargo Handling; Offshore Operations ; Maritime English; Crowd and Crisis Management; GMDSS; Radar Arpa; Safety, Survival etc.Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. Master of various Ocean going vessels, (Bulk, Cargo, Tanker) from various national and foreign company, Indonesian and foreign flag vessels , running for Japan, Europe ,Middle East, Africa, Indonesia, South Asia, until 1979.
