Deskripsi Persiapan Sertifikasi PMP
Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan peserta menghadapi ujian sertifikasi PMP. Materi disusun berdasarkan PMBOK edisi terbaru, disertai pembahasan dan latihan mengerjakan soal-soal.
Project Management Professional® (PMP) merupakan sertifikasi project manageryang diselenggarakan Project Management Institute (PMI). Pemegang Sertifikasi PMP sangat dicari oleh dunia industri. Di Indonesia permintaan project manager bersertifikasi PMP cukup tinggi karena ada peraturan bahwa project manager yang memimpin proyek pemerintah harus memiliki sertifikasi PMP.
Pelatihan persiapan ini memenuhi 35 jam seperti yang disyaratkan untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi, terdiri dari 3 hari pertemuan tatap muka dan 11 jam latihan online. Selama pelatihan Peserta akan dibekali pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang project management. Peserta juga akan dibimbing dan dilatih menyelesaikan soal-soal ujian, sehingga lebih siap untuk menjalani tes sertifikasi PMP.
