DESCRIPTION
This workshop is specially designed for specific participants who want to learn Project Management Methodology and to get the skill of using Microsoft Project starting from Foundation Level to Intermediate Level.
During the training, all participants will learn the concept of Project Management Methodology, and Step by Step how to use Microsoft Project (2007/2010) facilitated by the international certified, experienced trainer who masters and understands the Project Management Methodology based on *PMBOK 5TH Edition 2013 (THE NEW PMBOK) and possess the master level of using Microsoft Project (version 2007 and/or the newest version 2010).
Specifically the training allow participants to learn how to schedule activities EFFICIENTLY, assign resources ECONOMICALLY, and track project performance EFFECTIVELY. Participants will master scheduling and tracking concepts while experiencing Microsoft Project hands-on.
