DESKRIPSI TRAINING REMUNERATION ANALYST PROGRAM (RAP)
Sistem remunerasi merupakan hal yang krusial dalam konteks pengelolaan SDM. Selain merupakan hal yang sensitif, kesalahan dalam mengelola remunerasi perusahaan dapat mengakibatkan gejolak di internal perusahaan. Sistem remunerasi perlu disusun dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal : internal equity, external competitive, dan sejalan dengan arah dan strategi bisnis perusahaan.
